Our Story
Twelve Mile Turf Co. was founded in 2015 by Tony Ferraro after over a decade in the Niagara Region's landscaping industry. Tony had spent years watching homeowners battle patchy lawns, rising water bills, and the never-ending Saturday mowing cycle — and he saw that artificial turf was transforming properties commercially while most homeowners still didn't have access to a quality local installer. He started small: one crew, one truck, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Over the following years, the business grew entirely through referrals. Amanda Khatri joined in 2018 and built the client coordination process that Twelve Mile Turf is now known for — clear communication, scheduled follow-ups, and an estimate-to-install timeline that consistently beats the competition. Today the company serves the full Niagara Region, from Grimsby in the west to Wainfleet in the south.
